There are several photographs of the "Green Memorial", now situated in Titchfield Park. It was originally erected on the Market Place and later moved to Titchfield Park. It commemorates the unstinting service to the community of Hucknall by several members of the "Green Family", who, before the advent of the NHS, provided a much needed "health advice/treatment service" for the poorer people of Hucknall. Latterly the family resided and operated from the house on Beardall Street, adjacent to the Infants School.
