Looks like the street adjacent to Hankin Street just off Portland Rd. The building in the background looks like the former Landmaster agricultural machinery factory which was several stories high and on the north side of Hankin St. In earlier times I believe this was a cigar factory. The site of the school AFAIK is now occupied by a care home
